I tried to get my public defender and/or private attorney and/or advocate to file the proper paperwork to get representation(due to disability) and/or allow a camera in the court room. Many of you are familiar with the proceedings and how unjust they can be at times. I chose due to past events to not appear but allow my attorney to enter my plea and make my request. He did enter the plea but refuses to file the other paperwork that I feel will help in ALL my cases and also show others of some of the items I have encountered in the courts through these processes.

I'll keep this short. the bad news is they issued a warrant for my arrest. Actually spent the time, money and effort to send out Marshals twice to bring me to court or custody.....perception??? The real issue is that I have documented a claim that has been covered up along with many issues in all these proceedings. But the point I wish to make is that when my Parents attempted to post the excessive bail it was not allowed until I appeared in court???

This is a long and involved story ...........now I am a Fugitive. I have promised to DIE by suicide in Jail if they take me there............I've been kept from my kids and assets for too long. I am willing to have my day in court......because there are many issues here...........many of you know parts of my story..........so they have made it a little more difficult to present ALL the facts..........

My case was not listed on the public computer. I had a friend witness this..........I do have a disability but I am not as paranoid as they paint me to be..........as a Dr. said today you may be paranoid but you might also have enemies.

So I am using a friends computer and have lost access to some resources.......I am attempting to meet with media or people that can help. The lawyer who refuses to tape our conversations - let me state that he has had similar false charges dismissed by a demur - but I've seen the system operate that could be used if THIS TIME it's the DA's turn to win..........I want to keep this short -

I will attempt to access my E-mail -- but it could get difficult.......letters can be sent to my parents at 8766 Lake Angela Drive San Diego, CA 92119 .........I'll try and do a broader distribution of this to others but if you can pass on I believe that if we can all try and support or at least follow some of these matters with each others then maybe some good or change will come.

I'm going to use a tactic I saw used by others ........it is really not a real good one in my estimation because YOU do not know all the facts..........there are others that have more information but I feel that their numbers would not allow them to do the work that they have to do......but this gentlemen who I'm going to list has done little that I have seen to even allow a fair opportunity at justice..........I challenge him here to justify the work that he is doing ..........as he refuses to discuss matters with me and offer the opportunity to make things right or better .........and rather furthering access to justice seems to hinder it....and he is in a position of authority so maybe it would be OK to ask why doesn't this present case exist on the public computers? Why isn't bail allowed to be filed so I can maintain my liberty and rights until proven unjustly accused, innocent or guilty. Ask him why paperwork cannot be presented and the ACTUAL LAW being cited. or for that matter just look at the GENERAL COMPLAINT ...........it is impossible to against such vague charges and might also contempt be more appropriate charges??

So ask any questions you might have of him or me..........I will respond if I can get access to a computer while maintaining my safety. This man is Fred Lear - at the El Cajon Courthouse 619-441-4475 ..........if you wish to see a DA at work look into my cases .........the DA's number is 619-441-4588 and you can hear the other side of the story..........I have numerous tape recordings and records and documents on all these matters..........I have attempted to have the Commission on Judicial Performance to investigate these matters..........there are too many coincidences in my cases --- They asked for my items in writing so I faxed to 415-904-3666 and talked to them at 415-904-3650.

I believe they were involved in the cases of Local Judges convicted of accepting bribes - on appeal to be fair and honest to the best of my knowledge- but that took a number of years..........it is my feelings and belief that my children will be 18 before these items come to light, but I must try..........if I fail and end up in jail....please ask the questions and seek the truth...........so pass this onto as many people as you can - some of the beauty of the Internet.........and again I will attempt to respond to all if I am able to stay free..........but why can't bail be posted??? there is a lot more to this story and I know others have been dealt worse hands...and they keep me so hampered by matters like this it is difficult...........but I will try..........or I will die...........and if I die as others have ..........then lets expose and help make this system a better place.......I hope my will- will last if not then I ask the stronger to make some changes.

There is a task force studying the family law courts here............what is the status???
