days, it's legal phone calls only. Plus, the phone systems are designed to impede communications--I can have no visitors, etc. Essentially, I'm in a 5 X 10 foot cell--and that's it. I never went to Vietnam when I was in the USMC in '72-'77; Guess I'm now paying for what I missed there... Right now, I am only in underwear, some of the guards are exasperated, other, would happily kill me if given the chance. I just had a big 250 lb. guard named "Jennings" come unglued and threaten me, leaning on me a I walked, screaming at me because I will not consent and "put my hands behind my back". It is sometimes a crucible of will maintaining and defending even your most basic freedoms. I am NOT a prisoner, I never have been, I never will be. If we allow them to do this and accomplish these "inventions", then our children are doomed. This system NEEDS to invent deadbeat dads. Like a drug addict, if it cannot harvest these people (and all the ones I've seen have been poor like me) then, the system and it's attendant superstructure will, in fact, collapse. I have demanded my son in every single court. Absolutely -demanded him and did not budge from that fact. Instead, they gave him to an immoral welfare household which had two or more children while on welfare! (One child she tried to blame on me to welfare but it was

Filipino!) A totally different race! Yet, welfare would not take my word for it, neither would they look at the obvious facts of the child's race and still tried to economically go after me. She's been on welfare 12 years now. There are so many amazing stories to this one trial, that it is almost incomprehensible. WE supposedly live in a place called America. John Blalock, the director of Family Services Accounts stated at my trial that neither Butte county nor Government were making any money from this system. ZERO. They weren't getting "any benefit whatsoever"...not one penny" Yet, over the past 12 years, they garnished $63,000. from me. Then I'd go pick my son up and he'd be in rags. One time, I picked him up and he had no shoes. None in the house---nothing. Just socks with holes in them. By the way, that's $63,000. net. Where did the money go??? This system has driven me so deep into poverty that is has ruined the relationship with my son. In 1991 the IRS and "Welfare" seized all my bank accounts and made me so poor I didn't have a car, a refrigerator, food, couldn't pay rent for 6 months, etc. It was a nightmare. In '91 was the last time I saw my son. I've written everyone on this matter. ZERO has been done. In the last group of letters, I wrote Vascencellos, Woods, Herger, Feinstein, Boxer, Richter,

Johannessen, Pete Wilson...none had even the courtesy to write back. I've demanded meetings with Richter, my "local" representative---he wouldn't even meet with me. Where is my representation? At my trial, actually preliminary I think, Judge Stephen Howell reluctantly, after I hammered him legally on my notice of motion and notice of defects in presumption of facts (legal /constitutional motion) said: "I have no jurisdiction in this matter". (In court). That, in fact was the END of the case. Yet, they continued to move and dragged me into the next trial, packed the court with 45 government officials (4 from the "HIGH COMMAND" of the Sheriff's office, (70K) each year, 2 from the high command of the DA's office, another (170 K each), CHP, Sheriff, Police, Welfare Workers, BINIF (Drug Narcs), etc, etc) I couldn't believe it! In the nest courtroom was a 16 year old welfare product who tried to kill a Chico Policeman (Rod O'Heen) shot him in the head and blinded him for Life. ZERO police attended that trial. NONE! And they're not making money off of this??? What's wrong with this picture? I refused to acquiesce to their injustice. My home is my castle. I would no sooner allow the government

to force me to "HELP" raising my son, as I would the Mafia. I can take care of my son LIGHT-YEARS better than what has been done already. (Especially with $63,000.!) But if the Mafia knocks on my door and attempts this injustice, I can go to government and have that stopped. Where do you go when GOVERNMENT is the thug? I tried recording my trials and vituperatively they denied me that right, Although, when I was in prison clothes, Boy...was it easy for the media to film me! Now the courts records have changed! HOWELL IS SAYING: "HE CAN'T RECALL" SAYING, " I HAVE NO JURISDICTION IN THIS MATTER." Where do you go when judges lie? Unfortunately, this Feminist/Socialist SUPERSTRUCTURE 'should' have been eradicated back in the 60's when welfare and "the single female-headed household" exploded through LBJ's THE GREAT SOCIETY. Because, they did not quash this unjust aberration, now we have a full blown cancer on our hands. If we don not quash this abomination, our children and their children's children shall curse us. I'm convinced this system has been developed by Feminists, Socialists and the attendant special interest groups to destroy the American Father. they attack the real independent Power Source of this nation, directly at Ground Zero of his own home...THE DAD.

Not only that, but they completely debilitate him financially in order to fund Big Government and the host of "New Deal" and "Great Society" programs that they want eternally in place. Now, the father is an indicator species within our (or any) society. As he goes, so goes the family and children. And the facts show that the family is debilitated by this predatory system and our children are virtually in utter ruin. the compendium of facts in regards to this are not only irrefutable, they are staggering! Government cannot run government. Why is it daring to intrude upon the most intrinsic parts of our lives? I really do honor you, for you have hit the nail on the head. OUR COURTS ARE LOST TO US! They are no more than "ACTIVIST" ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATES...unlawfully enforcing Socialist Engineering upon this society. Your Purple Heart House is EXACTLY what they fear! I had a Cable Access TV show and no less than FIVE TIMES they kept on bringing up that show and posing questions to me "You have a T.V. show, don't you?" in my trial. Chagrined, I kept answering: "Yes, but that has nothing to do with the trial!" Twenty minutes later, he would repeat the question. finally, exasperated, I asked him why he was asking the question. Schaeffert (Ass't DA.) wouldn't answer. It was only after the trial when I realized what that was about. they feared that show...and they were "telling me" not to do it again. You ingeniously have circumvented right through that facade. Your house has become a monument to their injustice. What they must do and talk about behind closed doors and never allow into the light of day, now stares them quietly, day after day, as an ever expanding testimonial to their highly treasonous acts of invasion and conquest of the American home. Feminists adumbrate that they are "only" restructuring that sacred institution. That's a lie. This is in an outright, state sponsored conquest of that entity. What we wouldn't allow tyrants to do in foreign nations, what wars we fought and died for, to stop such tyrannical acts of ultimate intrusion and arrogance of power...now is being done against us by our own government hosted by a cornucopia of social engineering theorists whom actually believe "It Takes A Village To Raise A child." Question. when did I ever vote for Mrs. Hillary "The Village People" Clinton? Why is she setting national Policy???! Nonetheless, your home is magnificent. I hope they choke over it. career and liberal visitation rights) to live free in my own nation that I fought for, to work and to travel freely throughout my own nation, without being swarmed upon by 'the law"...I'm asking for this amazing thing in my own homeland...and I'm not asking anyone or "society" for any money to do this! Sound like a deal? NOT IN THIS COUNTRY, Instead, without ever having committed any crime, I'm in jail and I don't think I'll be getting out. If you knew me, you'd know I've never done drugs, never smoked, no coffee, rarely drink (three beers a week "maybe"). Have always obeyed the law, never hurt anyone, really, I've been "a jock" most of my life! Now, I'm in prison? I had to starve my way through college......... I refuse to give this system money! I've always refused. (They had to garnish the $63,000.). I feel two things: First, it is money wasted; as for my son, he has lost his legacy and I've seen him driven into ruin by this system. Secondly, you give them the money, they go and buy new computers, radios, police cars, high technology and then plead that they are poor and "are not making a penny" off this system. Frankly, the whole thing is beyond a lie, it's an abomination. They go after more and more fathers with the money, reinforce their

superstructure with those funds and they are now lining up our children to be the next crop to harvest from this system. This is supposed to be in their best interests?!? NO. Clearly it is not. This reminds me of the Japanese of W.W.II lining up children before them, placing their guns on their shoulders, the marching toward the Americans. The Feminists have gone shrill over this same construct---they have used "Save The Children" for so long that frankly---it's time to totally dismantle this whole system and have Nothing Rise and take it's place. The reason I have not booked is not only to show my displeasure in regards to this system, I an NOT booked (Nor should any father) because upon anyone booking, the JAIL/COUNTY/STATE then gets their money. You don't book...no MONEY. MONEY is the fulcrum issue of this dynamic. If fathers STOP paying---this system and it's associated empire COLLAPSES. You'll never vote this out nor modify it in any way, shape or form. It is a Trillion dollar a year industry. In 1992, California made $440 million alone. Welfare for the federal government collects $316 Billion. The False Abuse Industry makes $326 Billion. It's big business, big bucks,

and in no way are they letting it go. I mean government can't even give up subsidies to the BEE industry. There is no government institution that has been discontinued. The will not give up this fatted cow. What is amazing is that I am in prison now. I would happily take my son and never be heard from again. I don not want to do this, however, my back is against the wall. They have done too many wrongs, too many injustices. they have not don I thing on my behalf. Nothing. Even filing cross complaints or defenses within the court they refuse to do. Frankly, they really don't want DADS to 'just' go and live free. Where do you go when the courts won't file your legal papers? ( A violation of Johnson v. McCoy 278 F.2.1 (1988) "It would be facetious to thank only the D.A. cold file criminal charges in the courts and not the citizen..." Nonetheless, I don not want to do what I'm doing. I do not want to pursue this hunger strike which is hard as hell and wreaks havoc upon my greek-adonis body....(a modicum of Cheney humor there). My total days of hunger strike have been 193 days. 5 days upon my first warrant less arrest in April 1996. 63 days wen I then was illegally thrown into jail from a court that: "Had no jurisdiction in this matter." Then, to get me off of that, Sheriff Mike Grey promised to place me on "Sheriff's Parole". When he failed to do so, I went on another hunger strike

for at least 10 days. And of course, I'm probably in my 35th day of my present hunger strike, after they came and got me out of bed with the flu and re-arrested me once again. (Not paying child support). I had 5 days to go on "Parole". I appreciate the sentiments in regards to "taking care of myself". Indeed, I'd love a huge steak right now. (Seriously, I've been dreaming London Broil. I rarely eat meat. Last time I dreamed of tomatoes and whipped potatoes.) Lots of butter, of course. And pepper....mmmmmmmmm. Nonetheless, I see no other answer. THEY ARE WRONG! BIG TIME. I've read the law and it is 2000% on our side. All constitutions both State and Federal call for the common law (7th Amendment) as "the Law of the Land." Section The common law clearly states that the father obtains the children upon divorce. California Civic Codes 22.2 demand the common law as the law of the land. 7004 (a) states upon separation, the father obtains the child. I believe it is 1004 states that illegitimate children go to the mother EXCEPT if the father accepts that child into the home...then, the child goes with him upon separation. These laws are way up on top of the 'food chain' of law. They have consummate authority over all the lower 'statutory' and legislative acts. Frankly, the American Male has been duped by the ABA and the courts!

Somehow, the most lowly of 'statutory' inventions, now supersede constitutional law which is supreme over it. Tell you what, you get anyone to tell me how they are legally "at-law" correctly doing that...and I'll stop my hunger strike. {See Marbury v. Madison..."All laws which are repugnant to the constitution are null and void.") What they are doing is a complete abject lie. I not only disagree with it, I am now fully engaged in a conflagration that only will destroy me. This system is designed for men to lose. (Ooops...where is the constitution on that fact?!?) As a matter if fact, out of humanity, out of all the empires of all the things man has built and designed, this "Welfare" and "Child Custody" terrorism as applied by the courts appears to be the FIRST perfect engine mankind has created. Frankly, I wish we put the engineering and resources used to develop this abhorrent system into building more nuclear bombs. Doing that would not have destroyed us to the extent that this system has. We and our progeny would be a lot freer and much safer. As you may intimate here, I am resolute. My friends have supplicated me to abate the hunger strike issue. But, I am resolute. I proved I was "reasonable . The last time when my last one lasted

63 days. Boy, was I exhausted. My body was electric and sandpeppered with exhaustion, even though I was sleeping 18 and 20 hours a day. I couldn't read, I couldn't concentrate. I didn't like it a bit. NOT AT ALL. However, there frankly is no other way. I refuse to be a slave and I refuse to have this system force my son into this same system. I think society itself cannot sustain this failure much longer. Frankly, I'd love to be out of it. For losing my job, then undergoing a heinous unbelievable motorcycle accident. (May have been attempted murder) Real weird accident---blind curve, kid in 3/4 ton truck passes stopped traffic, runs red light and T-bones me on my motorcycle. (His truck going 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.) and accelerating. No skid marks. Never hit his brakes. Nurse at hospital says hospital knows this guy as he's hit others before. yet, my lawyer looks up his driving record and it's clean.) Anyway, for those 12 months of non-payment, 12x361= $4332. They wan $16,000.!!! And it's climbing as I sit in prison! To put this mildly, this was unacceptable 12 years ago, it's even more unacceptable now. To bow to this, accepts and qualifies our inevitable destruction. If this indeed is a nation of laws, and not of men, then, government must inevitably bow and adhere

If they do not and refuse as such, even though I may not be here---it will e immutable proof that this society, this government has in fact, been subverted by sublime powers as-of-yet-undefined. When I came home from work 12 years ago, my son was gone. POOF! Waiting until morning, I called both the police, then Sheriff. Both said, "Get a Lawyer" If the law is the law, I defy any man, you for instance, to do the same exact thing as she did; steal and abduct the kid out of his own home----and then try and stay out of jail... You sure we are a nation of laws?!? What is singularly endemic to this issue is the fact that if my present role was reversed, you'd have congress doing back flips passing surreptitious laws trying to get me out of here. any feminist do 193 days for anything...."Save the Tampons Crusade"...and it would be national news; vying for time against O.J. Simpson and the Colorado Benet Child-murder case. Yet, try and get the media interested in my case---and they say, "can't touch it."??? You know, it's funny--I just realized I'm on page fourteen. I don't know why I'm being so verbose.

It usually takes me one, maybe two minutes of me knowing a person to get me so outspoken like this. (Again, yet even more of that ascetic Cheney humor.) Nonetheless, I guess I'm just venting here. Sorry, I do want to state that I truly appreciate the Purple Heart house and what is represents. I am keeping the picture out and visible. Also, I counted the hearts in the picture and came up with 317 hearts showing. If you erase one heart for each 193 days of my hunger strikes, you'd only have 124 hearts left on your house...I could have you totally back to white in no time. I have limited communications access inhere. I shall enclose some small white paper to communicate with those whom have also been kind enough to write me. If you can, get my messages to them and thank them. I'd appreciate it. If you hear of or from Sharad Shariff, tell him I'm okay, I'm fine. that I maintain the battle here.
