Terrorists Within Our Gates
Our Enemy, the State
For some odd reason, some people seem to think it to be an absurd "conspiracy theory" to suggest
that courts might be biased unfairly against people challenging the conventional wisdom about the "income
tax. ("Oh, there you go being paranoid again.") They actually think, with no support at all, that "judges"
CARE about the law, or the truth, or justice. (For those who still think that, I highly recommend the book "Constitution
Chaos" by former judge, Andrew Napolitano.) Fairness? Law? Justice? Are you kidding? Behold:
These are imperfect mortals we're talking about. What's more, they are individuals who SOUGHT power, and whose
"rulings" have a large effect on whether they KEEP power (or get more). How far do you think the career
of a "judge" will go if he routinely tells Congress "sorry, you can't do that"? Or better
yet, if he says "hey, the feds have defrauded the citizenry of TRILLIONS of dollars!" Think someone
who says that will be appointed to a higher court? He'll be lucky if he isn't "appointed" to the bottom
of a lake somewhere.
You can romanticize about checks and balances, due process of law, and "Lady Justice" wearing that blindfold,
but it's all a load of pure excrement. The government looks out government, and no one else. If your interests
HAPPEN to coincide with the interests of those in power, you're in luck. If not, too bad for you. If you think
there is ANY politician or high ranking bureaucrat who would even HESITATE to destroy your life if it would maintain
or increase his power, you're living in la-la land.
By coincidence, today I happen to receive a fine example proving the
point, in case you think me a cynic for the above comments. For a very long time, there has been a law on the
books (18 USC 242) that makes it a crime for those in government to deprive anyone of his constitutional rights
"under color of law." (For example, by using a bogus "search warrant" as a tool for stealing
First Amendment materials. Think that could ever happen here?)
The government gets LOTS of accusations that government employees have violated individual rights, and even AGREE
that there seem to be lots of violations of 18 USC 242. Guess how many get prosecuted? Almost NONE.

If you are offended by that, you should be. If you are surprised, you need to stop waving the flag long enough
to look at what this country has become. In case the article doesn't spell it out plainly enough, here is the
punch line: the federal government knows that government agents are violating the Constitutional rights of THOUSANDS
of citizens, and the feds choose to do NOTHING about it in the vast majority of cases.
If this message seems a bit "harsh," good. This is what YOUR country has become. You can put your efforts
into denying it, and chanting "this is a free country" until you're blue in the face, if you wish. Or
you can acknowledge the bleeding obvious: the government is your enemy. It is the enemy of freedom, the enemy
of individual rights, the enemy of truth, and the enemy of justice.
That's all for now. Have a nice day.
Sincerely,
Larken Rose
