We believe that this Nation is facing the greatest moral, legal and political crisis in its existence. That is because effective control of the Nation's government has been unconstitutionally acquired by the legal profession. That control has brought us tyranny and immorality. It will, if not corrected, bring us down. That problem underlines all others. Its adverse effect can be felt in every aspect of American life. No permanent change can occur if this particular problem is not addressed and corrected. The solution lies in voting lawyers out of office outside the Judiciary branches of government. The path to that solution lies in educating the public. To paraphrase a comment reported to have been made by President Kennedy about the Civil Rights movement in 1963: Those who ignore it, invite shame and violence. Those who act boldly recognize right as well as reality. In layman's language the problem can be expressed as follows: It is a conflict of interest for lawyers to occupy elected public office in the executive or legislative branches of government, after they have acquired total control of the judiciary branch of government. (Which they now have) In the language of constitutional law the problem is expressed this way: It is unconstitutional for the members of any 'same hands group' to acquire control of all government in any manner. A 'same hands group' being defined by James Madison as 'any group or faction having a common interest adverse to the interests of the Nation as a whole'. That definition applies to any professional group in the land. It applies a fortiori to the members of the legal profession, who have made the law their business. The concept can easily be grasped by example. Thus if the medical profession controlled all government, it could pass, interpret and enforce laws, requiring that all citizens have medical checkups quarterly at government expense. This would create considerable income for the members of the medical profession, paid for by taxing the people. Accountants in the same position could require every income tax return to be signed by a CPA, every corporation be audited yearly by accountants, at government expense, etc. This argument is persuasive to the vast majority of those who hear it. Yet very little progress is made in the task of removing all lawyers from elective office through the Courts or Ballot Box. The reason is that in this 'Home of the brave and land of the free'. we still have too many of those referred to by Thomas Paine in 1775, as 'summer soldiers and sunshine patriots'. Men and women afraid to speak out lest the tyrannical power of the legal profession bring them down, or hurt them and their families in some way! Thomas Jefferson once said: The tree of liberty must be watered every ten years with the blood of tyrants and patriots. Hundreds of thousands of patriotic Americans have watered the tree of liberty with their life blood. They did so at Valley Forge, on the beaches of Normandy, in the forest at Bastogne, on the islands of Iwo Jima, Corregidor, Midway, Guadalcanal, on the shores of North Africa, in Bataan, Korea and Viet Nam. They died to preserve the freedom and democracy that we are now allowing the legal profession to take from us without even a fight! So now we come to you for help and ask you to do the following: 1. Examine the position we have presented. You may do so by reading the Federalist Papers the undersigned has written, in continuation of the original Papers written in 1787. There are 22 in all, numbered 86 to 107. Each Paper is about 2500 words long. The Papers can be found at www.constitutionalguardian.com on the internet. 2. If you agree with the views presented, speak out in favor of those views. If you disagree, please be good enough to let me know your reasons. I believe that ignoring this issue will not serve your own interests. On the other hand acting boldly may well bring you historical recognition of a kind that is rare indeed. Ronald Bibace,
