Date: Friday, 23 January 1998 13:36:25 -0800 When then 11 year old Arthur couldn't get the court and Child Protective Services in San Diego to protect him and his younger sister, Megan, from being abused by their mentally ill mother he took to the Internet for help. Arthur tried every means at his disposal to get the help these two kids need. He was rewarded by the very attorney that the court appointed to represent the kids by her kidnapping him and spiriting him to Japan to shut him up. The judge, J. Michael Bollman, just went along, admitting that his acts were violative of constitutionally protected rights, and when Arthur returned to the US he wrote his now famous "Arthur's Child Abuse HomePage." The retaliation was swift and fierce. Arthur, Megan and their father were censored and banned from the Internet. Their mentally ill, proven abusive mother was granted sole custody and visitation was ordered "supervised as to content of speech." The situation was exposed in the LA Times and on the television program Hard Copy yet not a single attorney has taken the case and sought justice and restoration of these unlawfully taken civil rights. The closest any attorney has come is to demand a $200,000 retainer so he can "retire and move out of the state" once the case is filed. So, when is the funeral. Obviously, the Constitution means nothing when the judiciary decides it doesn't have to abide by this contract with the people and nothing is done to force it's compliance. Let me know when and where the services are being held and I'll try to attend. It was once a great nation and our forefathers deserve that much respect.
