Knowing the end of this article, it is only appropriate to begin it with these words from Thomas Jefferson.

The USA now has more Lawyers practicing than it has Gasoline pumps and it has 5 times as many people, per capita, in jail than Any other country on earth.

In Savannah, Georgia, It is part of the city's founding charter that 'No lawyer is permitted to practice within the boundaries of Savannah, Georgia.' Soon afterwards, without someone to settle disputes Duels, fistfights, etc, were common. Button Gwinnet, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, lost his life in a duel which could have been settled peacefully through arbitration. We as a society need a governing body as a child needs parents. And It seems that Lawyer, Politician, and Government are the same word.
The problem appears to stem from being human and being susceptible to human weaknesses which need the Constitunally created 'check and balance' which has been sidestepped by the American Bar Ass.
How could this happen?
A simple fact is that there is too much money and power in being a lawyer which can be mainly attributed to the legal system's being able to Write, Interpret, Enact, and Enforce the laws which they have been allowed to do without a governing body supervising them. It seems that ' Absolute power corrupts absolutely' has been proven true once again. This time with terrible consequences to America's society.
Obviously the beginning was there as an incentive generated by the greed for money and power.
One instance that seems to have risen to the forefront of most of our thoughts has been Socialized Medicine so let's look at it briefly.
Hospitals now have at least one lawyer for each Doctor with the more financially successful, or less successfully sued, Doctors having a team of Lawyers.
Since the 1960's hospital cost have risen 800% faster than any other inflationary statistic. At least part of the inflation has to have come from the addition to lawyers into the financial equation as since 1960, which was when the American Bar Ass. began it's move to increase it's power, the lawyers are now making more than the Doctors to the extent that Lawyers are now the highest paid profession in the USA. The truth is that medical costs haven't risen that disproportionately from the rest of society, but the addition of lawyers into the $ equation has made it look that way. The average lawyer cost the USA (1997 stats) a quarter million each year in lost GNP $ . There is one Lawyer for every 200 people in the USA and more than twice this number waiting to graduate.
Thus greed was used as bait to increase the number of members of the American Bar Ass.
How are they working this 'improbable and seemingly invisible takeover' ?
A POWER ACQUISITION
Presently, in 1999, within the structure of the Federal government The 'American Bar Association' has members in 100% of the Judicial branch, in the Executive branch both the President and his wife have degrees in Law although only she has passed the test to belong to the American Bar Ass., in the Senate they occupy more than 54% of the seats, and in the Legislature over 45% of the members belong to the legal profession. Through this bridging of the Constitutionally supplied "Separation of Powers" by simply not declaring to be a third party they have acquired the power to design, create, enact and enforce any law. The American Bar Ass. members, through the Law creating bodies of government and the Law enforcing courts, control the legal decisions which ultimately control every government, business, and family in the USA.
It can only be deducted from these simple and provable statistics that The American Bar Ass. now controls the United States of America.
A few questions which come to mind;
Can such absolute power be uncorruptible?
Who controls the American Bar Ass.
Do they have an Ethnic Majority or nation which they pay higher allegiance to than the USA ?
Do they have financial need?
In the typical city of Savannah, Georgia where there is one lawyer for every 212 people. The majority are still paying student loans.
Has this Power been corrupting ?
A report on one situation which is the most obvious, and the most studied;
The awarding of children in custody/divorce/welfare cases. Courts have decided in favor of women in over 98% of cases using methods which were outlawed, as being an attempt to convict and punish the person on trial before the trial could begin, by ancient legal systems as early as the trials of the Roman inquisition of the 7th century AD. Example; The publication of the accused Parent 'before' being tried or convicted of sexually abusing children in divorce/separation cases which has resulted in the person, of which it has been the male parent being accused over 90% of the time, being fired from professional positions, extreme defamation, extreme costs which were paid to 'friends of the court', as well as the awarding of children to person(s) who originated the accusation.
These 98% bias decisions have not only removed 50% of all biological fathers from their children in America has generated the long term statistics which were released by the United States Justice Department Bureau of Statistics and verified as true by President Bush's HEW secretary Louis Sulivan that 70% of all long term prisoners, 60% of all rapists, 60% of all
By the simplest of logic, the statistics mentioned more than indicate a manipulation of laws and social behavior to make money.
WHAT EFFECT ?
This one group of decisions which has been handled uniformly at the '98%' bias or above level across the United States of America has enabled lawyers to 'Guarantee' women a $200,000. settlement in the average divorce case, it has guaranteed women that if they have a child to go on welfare or obtain a divorce a payment in cash and benefits which exceed $300,000. over a 18 year collection period, and caused 85% of all divorces to be filed by women with nearly 100% of child welfare cases filed by women. This has resulted in children without fathers needing professional psychological long term counseling at a rate 375% higher than those with balanced families. In essence the way the courts have handled the decisions and enforcement of custody cases which in itself is obviously by their own rules illegal and sexist simply because of the level of bias in the judgments have filled the courts with business, the jails with business, the lawyers bank accounts with business, and the population with misery while robing children of their fathers.
Stealing from children the only thing that they have in this life, their families, given to them by God, taken for profit. The house, which is a large part of the 'Lawyer's Guarantee to the divorcing woman', is financially lost in the first year, in over 75% of the cases.
WHAT'S THE COST OF THIS 'ONE' MANIPULATION OF OUR LAWS TO AMERICAN TAXPAYERS ?
Welfare and Divorce cost $500 Billion in the year 1996. This has made it the leading money maker in the world. What can be found (at public libraries reference desks) are the figures stating; welfare recipients receive over $350,000. in a combo package of cash and benefits over an 18 year collection period whereas divorcees only average collecting $200,000. 85% of the births in large cities were to unwed mothers in 1996. In fact "total welfare spending over the last 30 years exceeds the asset value of All the Fortune 500 corporation's and every acre of US farmland combined. Logically it equals the national debt of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA which is 6 Trillion dollars. Currently it is known that 'each' Lawyer subtracts an average of $250,000 'per year' from the GNP of the USA during his legal practicing lifetime 'AND' The USA has more Lawyers practicing than it has Gasoline pumps.
Future Expectations
Currently there are as many students enrolled in law schools as are now practicing. Some figures say that there are more students in law schools than have 'ever' walked the face of the Earth but I hesitate to Quote these as they are not part of the public record as of yet.
Neurotic tendencies or Justified Paranoia?
Currently lawyers are of such a neurotic state of mind that they are now beginning to live around other lawyers in protected communities such as the one in Beaufort, South Carolina where they have bought over 100,000 acres of forested land to act as a barrier between them and society. The latest news has been of their worries of being burned out so now they use a control burn technique which they are hoping will ensure their safety. Each year the citizens of Beaufort, SC must endure the stench and smoke of 10,000 acres of Forrest burning not to mention the effect on the atmosphere.
One school, The University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. which entices over 50% of it's 30,000 students into Lawyering brags of being the safest location in the USA from neucular blasts.
Gun control.
How can countries such as Denmark, which has no armed forces since it requires all households to have assault weapons thus making it's citizens into the army, have such a one of the lowest crime rates in the world if guns are the problem? Is gun control only to protect paranoid lawyers from the insainity which they are creating in their own back yard ? My dog knows not to crap in it's own back yard.
The above stastics prove to me that the current welfare/divorce laws have been the real reason that the USA has 5 times as many people in jail than Any other country on earth.
Summary
NOTE; This has been largely a report on a study of only one legal instance of which the courts and Lawmakers in the USA are responsible. In writing the Constitution, there is an 'implied' Separation of Powers for the Three structures of the American governing system. The above figures prove that this separation no longer exists.
As I write this, I have been in China walking the streets and meeting people for the last 2 years while examining a society which hasn't been taken over by the lawyers.
Here, in China, it's far from perfect but natural law is still in effect for families in that; The old are cared for by their children who often give 50% of their incomes to them which they usually save and pass pass back as inheritance to the giver. The incomes of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan are equal to the incomes of USA with the other areas of Asia quickly catching up so that often this 50% is between one and two Thousand US$ which the elderly receive each month (tax free). Almost all of it goes into savings and the parents will work until they are forced to retire.
My friend, who is a school teacher in Hong Kong, gives her mother $1,500 USdollars each month while her mother, at 61 years old, still works in a textile mill doing manual labor, in Hong Kong's heat, making less than $400 USdollars each month.
This family based retirement has a many sided affect on the family. It rewards the parents for their sacrifices through out the child's life, It ensures savings for emergencies to the most capable person in the family, It creates a complete institution which includes very strict forms of behavior as well as a strict order of authority within the family which while this system is based on the family, the society and ultimately the nation as a whole benefit tremendously. This has obviously been one of the main contributors to Singapore and Hong Kong being rated #1 and #2 in the world's education ranking while paying only a tiny fraction of what the USA (which is rated 2nd to last in world standing) pays into education. The Key to education isn't in giving the children sugar and freedoms (this sounds bad but in Asia, children are seen as needing parents) but rather in opening the doors to their minds through something they can see as well as receive themselves. They are able to contribute to the families 'respect' which would give any child a sense of accomplishment.
When comparing the system of China and USA, there comes to be a picture of China which has not deviated from the timeless methods of natural law for family compared to a USA style of a government controlled family system which has been created in the last 40 years solely for profit and benefiting only those in government, those wishing to find profit in the manipulation of families, and those pursuing the sterile lifestyle of homosexuality. A simple examination of tax laws will verify the above.
My Conclusion
It is my opinion and conclusion from this eight years of study on the American Bar Associations actions and observational experiences that; The American Bar Association, through it's members willful and proven alteration
Obviously, The Separation of Powers should be 'recreated' with a power structure which is unable to be penetrated. This will take an amendment to the constitution which makes the separation of powers to be very clearly stated and enforceable. The legal system will need to be taken out of the private sector and not allowed to practice for profit.
It seems that this is a simple question of 'Restoring the Balance' which existed prior 1950. The legal profession if remaining unchecked, will destroy itself and the USA. A beaurocratic branch of "Socialized lawyers" I think will put the necessary checks and balances back in place. Possibly this was the original intention of the creation of the Judicial branch of The USA's government.
The framers of the Constitution were too intelligent to have sidestepped this item to the extent that they even have comments on record warning future generations about it. I've taken to thinking of it as 'Jefferson's Joke'.
