Alabama's Illegal Judicial Committees

Alabama's, newly appointed, access/visitation judicial committee will directly write the laws on access/visitation. The judicial committee will abscond with the $176,000, awarded the state by the feds, and refuse to grant anyone, except the state child support enforcement agency, access to the funds. Judiciary committees are common in Alabama, as a means to write statute law. Alabama also has, what is called the "Alabama Law Institute," again, made up of lawyers and judges.

Note: Recent Update - American Injustice's sources have learned that Alabama's access/visitation committee published a News Release on December 15, 1997, that made public, for the first time, that an illegal committee had been formed. The committee held three closed meetings before the public announcement and spent all the initial payment from the federal government, that authorized and funded the access/visitation grant program.
The judiciary forms the committee and chooses its members from its own ranks, without any input from the public and before the public knows what is happening. After the illegal committee is formed the judiciary makes a feeble and artificial attempt to include the public by declaring, in a NEWS RELEASE, that it will solicit comments from the public. However, the public's input will not be heard and any comments submitted will most certainly be ignored.

Before and after the fake news release, the judicial committee holds secret meetings that exclude the public, all to promote their evil and clandestine activities. The committee excludes all those Alabama citizens most affected by the illegal activities - how's that for representative government, Of the lawyers, By the lawyers and For the lawyers.

The state's child support laws were established in the same way. To avoid and cover-up, what the judiciary thinks may look improper, the judiciary calls the child support laws, "Rules of Court." Alabama's child support laws can be found in the Code of Alabama, 1975, Rules of Judicial Administration, Rule 32.

Courts are only allowed, by law, to write procedural rules, to facilitate the operation of the various courts. Would someone explain to me how child support - statute law could possibly be construed as a court procedural rule?

Constitutional activists have been successful in exposing the evil and clandestine activities of the state judiciary, but it is a very difficult task. The judicial monopoly has tremendous power.

Alabama's answer to a federal lawsuit against the illegal activities of the above child support committee, is to shut down the committee and operate totally in darkness. The committee exist only in name and has failed to update Alabama's child support guidelines since 1993. Federal law says that the states are to review the state's child support guidelines every four (4) years.

As a result of the federal lawsuit, Blackston v. Alabama, 30 F.3d 117, Alabama agreed to appoint Blackston to the illegal child support committee, but only after the damage was done. Alabama also agreed to allow our activist's group the right to record all the committee's meetings. How convenient - no meetings, no recordings.

Four years before Blackston's youngest child reached adulthood, he sued the Alabama Supreme Court for establishing the illegal child support committee. The Court knew Blackston was right and simply delayed the case until all his children were past the dependent stage and dismissed the case. The Court without writing an opinion stated, Blackston did not have standing to sue since all the children were adults. How's that for the unwavering ability to redress your grievance before the government?

You may ask, why sue? That is the wrong way to handle the situation. Thousands of attempts were made to address the situation without suing. After all attempts to talk to Saddam Hu....., I mean - Your Honor, or otherwise have input into Alabama's child support guidelines were rebuffed, the only choice was to sue.

Alabama cannot risk exposing the illegal activities of its judiciary, by allowing a public record to be made. If the people only knew, I think there would be another revolution. All the above fits neatly into the grand scheme of deception and corruption within the country's only legal monopoly - lawyering and the judiciary.
