Note VOMIT is an acronym for Victims of Masonic Ill Treatment
Mick Croley and his wife managed the Morn Gate caravan park Dorchester. It was owned by Andrew J. Jackson , a gas
engineer who was also a partner in the Legal firm of TURNERS, 1, Poole Road, Bournemouth who have branches in Poole
and Wimborne.
As a result of Jackson’s behaviour the Croley’s (father, mother and nine year old son) were made homeless and unemployed.
They were naturally aggrieved but , apart from that , they had a duty to let the public know what had happened
. Holiday makers were at risk as were employees at the site . The integrity of a partner of TURNERS Solicitors
was being questioned. These matters were of public interest . Mr Croley contacted the senior partner at TURNERS
to complain about JACKSON . The senior partner told Mr Croley that Jackson would be contacting the Police .
To forestall more criminal activity by Jackson Mr Croley published a number of letters to Jacksons business associates
and others. In one letter to TURNERS he stated that Jackson had
1. LIED ON OATH AT THE DORCHESTER CROWN COURT.
2. LIED TO A CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT OF DORSET POLICE.
3. LIED TO THE DORCHESTER POLICE.
4. LIED TO THE HEALTH & SAFETY EXECUTIVE.
5. DECEIVED BRITISH TELECOM.
Mr Croley went four times to Dorchester Police station to report the ciminal offences committed by Jackson. Four
Police officers refused to take documentary evidence. SERGEANT MALCOLM DAVENPORT said to Croley ‘GO AWAY, YOU WILL
NEVER BEAT THIS MAN ’ . By publishing facts and reporting matters to the Police, Mr Croley was committing no offence
.
Mr Croley was arrested and charged by SERGEANT MALCOLM DAVENPORT with HARASSMENT under the 1997 PROTECTION FROM
HARASSMENT ACT . SERGEANT DAVENPORT has three brothers who are ROYAL ARCH FREEMASONS in ROYAL ARCH LODGE 1863 DURNOVARIAN
, Dorchester. He was simply trying to expose a corrupt individual working in Bournemouth for TURNERS .
Mr Croley was convicted under the Harassment Act and prohibited from commenting about TURNERS or communicating
with them directly or indirectly for the rest of his life. He was denied a fair hearing in open court before an
independant and impartial tribunal . Mr Croley’s evidence has never be allowed to be heard in court. The Magistrate
who accepted the lies and perjury by Jackson and then convicted Mr Croley of Harassment was J.M. BRETT JP, another
ROYAL ARCH MASON of LODGE 1168 BENEVOLENCE, Sherborne .
The JUDGE who made an ex-parte order evicting Mr & Mrs Croley and their nine year old son from their home was
I. Askham of LODGE 7966 WAREHAM . The SENIOR CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE SOLICITOR is ROGER HALL , a member of one
of the BRANKSOME LODGES .
The frame - up was a form of GAG on Mr Croley to prevent him exercising his fundamental right of FREEDOM OF SPEECH
to expose a Solicitor named JACKSON , a partner with TURNERS of 1 , Poole Road, BOURNEMOUTH .
In addition he was entitled to the HUMAN RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF COMMUNICATION BY THE WRITTEN OR SPOKEN WORD
(ARTICLE 10 OF THE EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS ). Mr Croley did not have a leg to stand on , he was up
against the MASONIC MAFIA within the Police and in the Courts.
