| . Name Frederick A. Jones Address 163 3rd Avenue, Apartment 294 City New York State New York Zipcode 10003 Phone 917-733-0196 I, Frederick A. Jones, am a 58 year old honorably discharged combat veteran of the elite 101st Airborne Division (Vietnam), a separated New York City corrections officer, a separated New York City police officer, a separated united nations security officer, an alumnus of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a homeless totally disabled indigent who has suffered the outrageous abuses of New York government agencies. In my case (indict.#6804.84) a series of criminal rights violations are glaringly flagrant. Justice Altman used confused pagination and an empty courtroom (no public) to totally disregard procedural rights and to use the plain subornation of perjury by my lawyer to inflict an effectively irrefutable and effectively unchallengeable and totally false psychiatric determination and commitment upon me. Three years later, upon my first opportunity to be released upon a writ of habeas corpus. I was lynched again. Judge Rothwax, the notorious "Prince of Darkness" used the results of the virtually irrefutable and virtually unchallengeable medical presumptions to introduce thousands of outrageous and false medical records to jurors. Such jurors used the hateful lies contained in inadmissible records to determine my "guilt" in an attempted murder in the second degree case. The must outrageous case conceivable. Moreover, this was not even the beginning of this ZIONIST KNAVERY. When the crucial prosecution witness (Gloria Rivera) fully recanted her inculpatory story on the witness stand, a hand motion from the prosecutor caused the court reporter to stop the record of the case. The court officers, including Court Appointed Legal Aid Society Defense Lawyer Michael Monaghan, did nothing that may suggest that such aforesaid vindicating recantation ever occurred. However, whatever transpires in the courtroom is clearly public property. This demonstration of a false judicial perquisite that permits a judge to edit and suppress events that transpire in his court is more than something extraordinarily baneful to me. It is a routine practice that is the greatest real threat to Democracy. Please, take note. See, also, 18 U.S.C. 422, and 18 U.S.C. 241. |
