	My boyfriend Martine Aguilera starts his court trial in 2 weeks I wanted to shed some light on this matter to whomever happened upon my page. I could start by giving you explicit details of how the courts and law enforcement in Alameda County have fallen short of each and every single task they do, but I won't. I will start by giving you a little background info on this Mexican American man known to all as the defendant, Martine Aguilera. His first nine years were spent with his loving family in Morelia, Mexico. A short while after his ninth birthday his mother and father left their family behind in Mexico to come to America. They wanted their freedom but most of all they wanted in order to provide a more secure life for their children. America, "LAND OF THE FREE", freedom to do and say what they wanted, freedom to feel to feel secure and protected from wrongful persecution, but most of all they wanted to live in a land protected by God's will and a well known historic set of laws known as, "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNTIED STATES OF AMERICA". Little did they know that they would soon come to find that the promises of freedom they and America had assured their children were to be shattered by the same oppression they had chosen to escape from. Martine Aguilera is facing a 30-year sentence on a charge of conspiracy, meaning he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. No evidence has been found to convict him although he has been incarcerated over a year while the government searched for 7 months searched for something, anything to bring against him other than the fact that he was just simply, THERE!! Imagine sitting in your living room of your own home one minute and the next your front door is being bashed in guns drawn on you and being tackled to the ground while handcuffs are being placed on you all in a matter of seconds. Well these are the tactics the Alameda County task force use on their citizens. Their reason for being there - earlier into the day an acquaintance had stopped by for 15 minutes and he happened to be on probation and was being investigated for drug sales. This acquaintance was pulled over much later by Task Force where a key was found on him, a key that these intelligent officers just assumed belonged to your home. They then proceed to your home to bash in your door without a search warrant, without even trying to find out who lived there, all the time claiming this key will fit. Well guess what, THE KEY DOESN'T FIT, OOPS! This is what we Americans call an invasion of our privacy and a violation of our fourth amendment rights, a right we citizens hold very dear to our hearts, maybe a right we take advantage of because it is all we have ever known. The Federal court in Oakland does not have these same views; they have in fact used this very right against Martine Aguilera myself and have been doing so for a very, very long time to many other people.
