Wade was convicted on 9 conspiracy counts. No drugs, drug paraphernalia or drug money was ever found to be in Wade's possession. Instead, he was convicted using " purchased " testimony of career criminals who were trying to stay out of prison. The trial judge, Howell Cobb of the Eastern District of Texas, was prejudiced and biased beyond belief. This was testified to by John Hannah ( now the Honorable John Hannah, Federal Judge in the Eastern District of Texas ), Gary Richardson ( The Richardson Law Firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma ) and others. ( Documented with Statements ) The trial transcript has been tampered with by Howell Cobb's court reporter, Benny Walker, who has a prior history of tampering and obstruction. ( Documented ) The FBI agents investigating this case used witness intimidation and harassment. They also broke into and tampered with an aircraft, thereby endangering its' crew and thousands of innocent civilians.
