RE: Next Scheduled Committee Meeting

The next meeting of the Advisory Committee on Access and Visitation will he held on Tuesday, May 16, 2000, at the Judicial Building, 300 Dexter Avenue, Montgomery, on the Mezzanine level. The meeting is scheduled from 10:00 a.m.-3:O0 p.m. Parking is available in the Center for Commerce parking deck located on Hull Street behind the RSA Center for Commerce (map attached). The code to enter the parking deck is 662. You are authorized reimbursement for your mileage in accordance with state travel policies.

The purposes of this meeting are; (1) to discuss and vote on continuation of the current pilot programs in Geneva, Jefferson, Lowndes, and Madison Counties; (2) to obtain updates of the various subcommittees; and (3) to review the application for grant monies for the 2000-2001 grant year.
