Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation
Provides Grants to Assist Local Groups
in Rewriting Alabama's Constitution

Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation from North Carolina provides funds to assist in the systemic desecration of Alabama's state constitution. The foundation's funds will have its greatest impact on Alabama's poor by increasing property taxes on those that can least afford the increase. For example, advocates for Alabama's Constitution Reform demand a 50% increase in Alabama property taxes.
