Jessie Tompkins denies making what a court administrator described as "subtle, innuendo-type" threats
against Circuit Judge Patricia Warner on two AM radio talk shows and one FM talk show. But Tompkins admitted calling
Warner a "crook."
Bruce Howell, administrator for Montgomery Juvenile Court, said he asked the Montgomery Sheriff's Department to
issue "be on the lookout" fliers for Tompkins.
Tompkins, 45, is suing Warner and others in U.S. District Court over a child custody ruling.
Howell declined to discuss Tomkins' case because he is named in the federal lawsuit, but he noted there is increased
security in courthouses nationwide because of recent courthouse shootings.
Last week, a family court judge was shot and wounded as he stood near a courthouse window in Reno, Nevada. In March
2005, an inmate stole a gun and killed a Fulton County, Ga., superior court judge and court reporter.
"The most volatile court in the nation, where judges are killed on the bench, is family courts," Howell
said. "When you're dealing with people's children, they get real upset. Family court is where it all happens,
and judges get killed right on the bench. People whip out guns and start shooting them in front of the courtroom."
Tompkins said he doesn't want to harm the judge, but doesn't have a problem with the fliers if court officials
believe he's a threat.
Two weeks ago, he said a sheriff's deputy detained him in family court and removed him. At the time, he said he
didn't know he wasn't allowed in court.

This article like others seems to imply that family court judges are getting shot on the bench because family court
is a dangerous place (i.e., the people who show up there can be armed and dangerous and, by extension, are all
[all fathers] potential homicidal criminals).
You will never see the media actually considering that these very same judges getting shot are grossly violating
civil rights, violating the constitution, destroying parents (fathers), criminally exiling fathers from their kids
and punishing them as criminals for no legitimate reason, issuing bogus protective orders, allowing false imprisonment
and causing lethal financial stress and bankruptcy, facilitating parental alienation and out of state move aways
of children from fit parents, etc., etc. Essentially running a Mafia organization under cover of complacent society.
No, the grand illusion must be preserved at all costs. But people are not buying it very much, anymore.

Just a little supportive anecdote.
Nueces County, Corpus Christi, Texas Courthouse is now going to put metal detectors at every entry way to the courthouse
instead of just to the floors where the courts are.
In 1997 when the detectors were first put in it was right after a major news program (of the 20/20 genre) did an
article "Texas Justice for Sale" the reporters had put on hidden cameras and mikes and walked into judges
chambers and asked how much to fix a certain case. Amounts were stated and cash handed over.
Unbelievably no judge was indicted or even seriously censored. The guards at the local courthouse in 1997 stated
they weren't looking for weapons, but cameras and microphones. Looking for weapons became the public reason for
these detectors.
In Texas, the only judge shot while on the bench was shot by another attorney (I think it was in Dallas or Fort
Worth). The attorney was going through a divorce and the judge was sleeping with his wife.
Attorneys in Nueces county get special name tags that let them bypass security. Are we in Wonderland, Oz, Lilliput,
or all three?
Do you remember the attack on the Colombian Supreme Court by a rebel group and the massacre of most of their Supreme
Court. It was a number of years ago. It was the greatest PR coupe that particular rebel group accomplished.
The population suddenly began to become sympathetic to the rebels. The public had been terrorized more by the courts
than a bloody communist ragtag group of butchers. The butchers were seen as being more likable than the justices.
It resulted in major changes in the judicial system in Columbia. One of those was that the courts no longer turned
a blind eye to the Death Squads who killed even more indiscriminately than the peasant communists did in their
stupidity and avarice.
Drug lords and their narco-politics are still an issue but the widespread corruption of immune courts is no longer
tolerated to anywhere near the same degree. That was the first time, of which I am aware that a group revolted
more against the courts than against the government in power, unique and not common, yet.
The American Courts were to be free of the contamination of the devices of abuse used in England and to a different
degree used in other European countries. So what is one of the first things our courts do for themselves? They
grant themselves immunity. Never mind the Eleventh Amendment. Turns out a little research will show the Eleventh
Amendment was not lawfully ratified.
Our courts are devolving into Colombian style justice. A friend recently did a weekend of research on Judicial
immunity and found it was one of the devices first instituted with the Star Chamber.
If we stop fighting our grandchildren will be destroyed as our children have been. God Bless and thanks for your
