ORDER

As an immediate result of several orders entered on 13 March 2002, the following pleadings have been filed:

3. Defendants' Objections to Scheduling Order (Doc. # 124)

4. Non-Party Response to Order to Show Cause (Doc. # 125)


The Magistrate Judge, in consultation with the District Judge assigned to this case, has determined that these matters may be best addressed in open court at a status conference/hearing on the issues raised in the aforestated pleadings. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties and their counsel shall appear for a status conference/hearing on these issues on 19 April 2002 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 330, Frank M. Johnson, Jr. Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 15 Lee Street, Montgomery, Alabama. At the hearing, the parties should be prepared to state and argue their respective positions completely, with reference to supporting legal citations.
