INJUSTICE IN VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA

I am a small business man in Daytona Beach, Florida and have searched for a way to speak out and try to advise others of the injustice that is going on in our country. It reflects very strongly here and I have never seen it at it's worst as it is here now.

The court systems have no longer given us the impression of correct government but a view of how easy it is to become rapt up in injustice.

I recently hired an attorney to take care of a case which was brought against me for storing some vehicles for a customer for a period of thirty days. This became several months (seven months) and felt I had done the proper thing in trying to locate these people so that they may remove the vehicles.

The vehicles were dated back into the sixties and were in salvage type conditions. I contacted and sought advise from the police department as to what I should do and they advised me in numerous ways of resolving the problem.

I took the advise and contacted a salvage yard and made arrangements for them to pick up the vehicles and discard them to the junk yard. A few months later I was contacted by the police department of Holly Hill, Florida with a warrant for my arrest in dealing in stolen property, three counts of auto theft and a world full of worries.

I then contacted an attorney which was already familiar with the autos that were stored and taken to the junk yard. He advised me that I had nothing to worry about and should just continue in business as usual.

I went into court and this same attorney, whose name is John Allen in Ormond Beach Florida, was about the worst attorney that I had ever met and submitted virtually no rebuttals in the case. The State Attorney walked all over us and the jury found me guilty of dealing in stolen property.

I just got out of jail for a period of 15 days to close down my business where I am to go back into jail the 14th of September to finish out another 30 days. I have been placed on probation for a period of 5 years and requested to pay a sum of 10,000.00 dollars.

I have all the correct proof to show that I am innocent. The judge let me out of jail for 15 days so that I can save what is left of my business. I worked 14 years to build what I have, only to have the court systems destroy what I have in a matter of two months.

My previous attorney never once acquired depositions from the people involved in this case and when it came time to subpoena the people it was done where virtually no one showed up in my behalf. The people who did appear, were not even questioned and reviewed over the information that was available in this case.

The total amount in cost is in the thousands of dollars plus the thousands of dollars in revenue that were lost in the closing of my business and the damage caused to me by having this noted on the front page of our newspaper.

I hope that you have strength in voice as I have no one left to turn to and have used up all my funds and hard-earned money to see if I could get this problem turned around.

After reviewing the court documents we found numerous lies in there witnesses and due to me having an attorney that was all freaked out, because he was not a criminal attorney, I was left abandoned and in jail. I know that if I had someone to support my findings, the real truth would come out and the justice that should be available for citizens of this country would be heard.

What has happened to our country and why do the courts look at justice as a business instead of a judicial system seeking the real truth? In Volusia County, Florida, you are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent. If you can not afford an attorney they will appoint you an attorney as soon as they can. This is normally about two months after sitting in jail until you can be properly heard.

In Volusia County, Florida, the courts are keeping the jails full so that they may seek federal funding to open a new facility and if they can show that there jails are over filled, then they have a chance to obtain the federal funding for new jails. Since they wasted the funds on the one that was already built over a swamp and is now falling apart to the point that they can not even keep paint on the walls due to saturated block cells.

They are now seeking plans to build another one over the swamps and of course wasting tax dollars. We have money hungry politicians here and if only the federal government would look into this, you would almost immediately see the injustice that is happening and the hundreds and even thousands of people who are suffering.

I hope to hear from you soon. I only have until the 14th of September to report back to the facility to serve out my time.

P.S. I HAVE ALSO LOST MY HOME. SINCE IT WAS ADVERTISED IN THE NEWSPAPER MY LANDLORD AND MORTGAGE HOLDER WENT THROUGH THE COURTS TO ALSO TAKE MY HOME. DOLLARS ARE STILL ADDING UP FOR THE COURTS. IF YOU KNOW HOW I CAN GET SOME HELP ON THIS PLEASE ADVISE ME.

The attorney name is John Allen, the judges names is Foxman and the Prosecutions office is called the Justice Center. What a name to pick for a prosecutions office. I would like it if they could open a dictionary and look up the word justice. I am so upset at this and am so sorry for the
thousands of other people that they have hurt. It is a shame that it takes this type of hell to open people's eyes. I am wanting to open my own web page here so that maybe I can also have an impact in restoring justice, civil rights, and our very own constitutional rights.

Guy Branum, a columnist for the Daily Californian, said agents searched his off-campus apartment Monday, the same day Chelsea Clinton's mother, Hillary Rodham Clinton, visited the university for a meeting on foster care.

Branum wrote a satirical attack on Chelsea Clinton. The column, which appeared Thursday, was meant to be satirical. It was intended to rally spirit before the University of California- Stanford football game.

The agents checked for weapons , Branum said Tuesday. They also had him sign a release giving them access to his medical records, he said.

He said he gave two agents permission for the search after the agents threatened to detain him while getting a search warrant if he didn't.

What would happen if the agents detained Branum. The possibilities are endless.
1) A chance for overzealous agents to plant false evidence in Branum's home.
2) An unauthorized search, after placing Branum into custody.
3) Loss of personal property through legalized theft. Any weapons surely would be confiscated. When a government agent steals a citizen's property, there is no recourse. See Official Immunities.
4) In the event weapons were found, Branum would most likely be charged with making threats against the President's family.

American KGB at it's finest. If government agents can not get what they want legally, according to constitutional protections, the agents will resort to extortion and coercion or some judge-made rule or law, a phenomenon all to familiar in America's '90s.
