I have recently opened a new business in Kentucky. It is a document preparation service. I have been notified by the Kentucky Bar Association that I may be practicing law without a license and or unauthorized practice of law. I have spent all my saving and borrowed money from friends and family. I have learned a lot about what is UPL. It is greed. I am only assisting people who cannot afford or need an attorney. These are tactics that are being used across the country to keep us off the attorneys turf. I have 300 attorneys in this town plus the Kentucky Bar Association trying to shut me down. I cannot get one attorney to return my calls and the Kentucky Bar will not give my any guidelines to go by. The law is very ambiguous and unclear. I would have to wonder why that is. Please help. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Della
