Heavily influenced by his two lawyer children, Governor Riley wants Alabama citizens to believe government can be - By the people, For the People and Of the People While lawyers control all state public offices - the people suffer under tyranny. Riley's billion $$$ tax plan will finance the greedy, money-grubbing lawyers to take more and more from the poor. For those concerned about helping our schools, Riley admits the billion $$$ tax plan will actually take away tax revenues from several city school systems. Even more depressing, our business and civic leaders are marching lock-step in time with Riley's plan to rape and plunder Alabama citizens. Riley wants to lessen voters' cynicism about government. Justifiably Alabama citizens are cynical about spend thrifty and unaccountable government.
