Baliff sues city, claims Mistreatment

A bailiff has sued the City of Birmingham, claiming he has been mistreated for his public criticism of Municipal Judge Carnella Greene Norman. The federal lawsuit said David Battle has been subject to harassment, retaliation, less desirable assignments, suspensions and transfer as result of being a black man who spoke out against the judge.
